Attending QuickCade II

QuickCade is free to attend, though we ask that you register for a ticket. This lets us plan for the number of attendees. Registration remains open until the 23rd of February. Please follow the link in the navigation bar to register. Submissions have now closed.

Under 16s are unfortunately not able to attend due to a venue restriction. If you will be 16 or above on the 7th of March 2020 then you are welcome join us.

Please be aware all attendees are required to have photographic ID with them. A photocopy of a passport or drivers licence is sufficient.

This year Red Bull have kindly provided the Red Bull Studios in London.

The venue is located in Covent Garden, Central London. The address is: 42 Earlham St, West End, London, WC2H 9LA

The main entrance is via a steep staircase, though there is also an accessible lift available.

By Rail

The venue is a 2 minute walk from Covent Garden tube station. For step free access Tottenam Court Road is around 7 minutes away.

By Bus

There are plenty of bus routes around the area, so we recommend using an app to find the best route for your journey.

By Car

We do not recommend you travel to the venue by car. If you need to please beware that the venue is inside the congestion charge and ultra low emission zones, and there's only a 40 minute loading zone at the venue.

If you're traveling from afar into London, you may want to consider parking further out and completing your journey by public transport. JustPark can be very useful for finding cheap parking.

Approaching from the west of London, the DoubleTree Ealing car park on JustPark is an easy drive, as is onward travel.

We have mass housing accommodation available in the form of two AirBnBs. There is an option for 3 nights, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, for £38, and an option to stay just on the Saturday night for £18. Registration for accommodation can be found here.

If you can, please bring your own sleeping bag and air mattress. If you are travelling from far away we may be able to provide some for you. Please let us know on the Discord if you need us to provide bedding for you.
